Philanthropic Endeavors
We here at Wildlife Recapture Taxidermy strive to give back to our community by donating to various organizations that will aide in making our community and the world a much better place and secure a better future for generations to come.
Wound Warrior Project
Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) provides free programs and services to address the needs of wounded warriors and fill gaps in government care. The demand for our programs and services has grown from serving a handful of injured veterans to now serving tens of thousands, and we continue to receive hundreds of new registrations from injured veterans, their families, and caregivers each month.
National Rifle Association
Purposes and objectives include protecting the right to keep and bear arms, furthering the shooting sports, marksmanship and safety training, and the promotion of hunter safety.
Kootenai Highland Gathering
The event features traditional Celtic highland games sanctioned by the Scottish American Athletic Association, pipers, drummers, clans in traditional dress, music, food, and vendors.
Igniters Car Club
Auto enthusiasts of all kinds gather together each August as Mineral Avenue comes to life with an exhibit of classic and antique cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Ignite the Nites, which has grown remarkably from year to year, draws numerous car clubs and an excess of 400 entries for the Igniters′ annual car show competition.
